NYSERC provides digital services including but not limited to web development, app development, design, branding, video production, and marketing. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual project agreements.

• Respond to requests for feedback or approvals on time
• Ensure you have rights to any materials you provide

Payment terms, milestones, and methods are outlined in project proposals or invoices. Failure to make timely payments may result in project delays, suspension, or termination of services.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all final deliverables become the client’s property upon full payment. NYSERC reserves the right to showcase completed work for portfolio and promotional purposes.

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose it to third parties without prior written consent, except where required by law.

NYSERC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Termination does not relieve the client of payment obligations for work already completed.

NYSERC may use third-party tools or platforms as part of service delivery. We are not responsible for outages, limitations, or policy changes of third-party services.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.

These terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
